Direct employment, not agency churn
We're building a team of our own carers — not an agency rota of whoever's available. That means consistent hours, consistent clients, and the chance to actually get to know the people you support.
As we grow, we're also building toward a Care Coordinator role to handle scheduling, and — as required by CQC — a Registered Manager overseeing day-to-day care quality.
